2018 Goals

So far, 2018 is off to a great start! While I believe that you can set a new goal any day or time of the year, I do have some goals that I would like to accomplish by the close of the year.


  • Go back to my church
  • Go back to my community group


  • Volunteer once per month
  • Become a dog mama
  • Attend an OU football game


  • Obtain AND maintain weight restoration
  • Participate in a NEDA walk
  • Start a support group


  • Graduate residency program
  • Start a full-time position


  • Run a 5k
  • Become certified to teach yoga or barre

I can’t wait for all this year has to offer! It’s already off to a great start—I hit a goal this morning 🙂
